How to Host a Chocolate Tasting

Chocolate tastings are fun and educational, and a great way to entertain guests. Here are some tips for buying chocolate sample, ideas for activities and suggestions for party favors. You can offer all these activities at one tasting, or invite a group of friends to host various activities every month.

1st Part of Management and Budget will be your focus. Because the idea is to taste and compare, you will offer a portion of the bite, not a candy. 4th Offer chocolate and libations. Even in summer, frothy cocoa and mocha drinks are great over ice.

5th The wine is also delicious with chocolate and let guests choose their favorite chocolate and wine pairing stimulates conversation. Choose a wine with soft to medium tannins and plush fruit, like Merlot and Carmenere. Classic zinfandels have raspberry and black pepper profile as well as a pair of plain chocolate and those with savory ingredients.

6th Do you have some party favors on the side to send home with guests. Imaged with a chocolate greeting or photos are nice. Chocolate business cards also influence, if you are in sales. Use a text editor for printing on postcards chocolate recipes. Hole in one corner and tie the recipe card with ribbon. Or combine all gift pack with a brochure describing the types of chocolate and to taste and evaluate chocolate.
